1. The Application

Our application process is simple and straightforward. Start by submitting your application form or CV, which will be reviewed to ensure you meet the role requirements. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for an interview to discuss your experience and suitability.

2. The Evaluation

As part of our commitment to high standards, our interviews are based on value-based questions, as recommended by Skills for Care. To help you understand what a career in care is like, we encourage you to try the interactive video challenge, “A Question of Care: A Career for YOU.”

3. The Checks

All successful candidates undergo essential checks to ensure the safety and well-being of those we care for. This includes a thorough Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to verify suitability for care, along with detailed reference checks to confirm work history, reliability, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

4. The Training

We equip our Care Assistants with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care through comprehensive in-house induction, 20 Skills for Care Core Mandatory Training, and the Care Certificate covering essential competencies.
